1. Order return time
Customers may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be eligible for return, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have a payment receipt.
2. Order cancellation time
Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
3. Return conditions
Returned items must comply with our policies.
The product must be intact, unused, with labels and packaging intact.
You must have valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase receipt.
You may also be asked to provide proof of defective items before returning them, such as sending photos via email.
In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return the goods belongs to us
4. Car
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
Once the returned item is received and eligibility for exchange is verified, we will process the exchange.
5. My product arrived damaged
We will try our best to avoid damage. If this happens, you can refuse to accept delivery at the delivery point and the product will be returned with the driver.
